Boboli International Inc., a privately-held company, was established in 1983 when Boboli brand Italian Bread Shells were introduced. Boboli International still owns the "Boboli" trademark in all countries outside of the U.S. and Canada, and Boboli operations include the export of Boboli brand products and the licensing of the brand name. There are now licensed Boboli production plants in several countries.

Foodservice packs of all our branded products, plus additional products not available in retail packaging, are marketed by the Ambretta Foods Division. Ambretta brand products, both sweet and savory, are available in bulk packs for traditional foodservice customers as well as specialized packs for in-store bakery/deli accounts. These packs include scan-ready packs, bakery window boxes, pre-packaged party tray assortments and other custom packaging designed for a particular end use.
