Smokey Mountains Baked Beans
Ingredients:
 2 lbs 4 oz  Allens Baked Beans
1  cup  red bell peppers, diced
2  cups  bacon, smoked, diced
2  cups  onion, diced
1  Tbsp.  garlic, diced
1/3  cup  molasses
2  Tbsp.  lemon juice
1  tsp.  liquid smoke

Instructions:
  1. Reserve Baked Beans in large metal bowl.
  2. Saute bacon in large heavy pot or brazier until barely crisp.
  3. Add onion, red bell pepper and garlic to bacon and cook for five minutes.
  4. Transfer bacon mixture to reserved beans.
  5. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
  6. Transfer mixture to 2-inch deep full or half-size hotel pans prepped with non-stick spray.
  7. Bake in 375 degree F conventional oven (325 degree F convection) about 1 hour.
