Spinach & Garlic Pizza
Recipe Yield: Six 12 inch Pizzas (36 wedges)

Prepared Pizza crust |
|
1 1/2 lbs.
|
Mozzarella cheese, grated |
|
3 oz.
|
Parmesan cheese, grated |
|
3 cups
|
Contadina Deluxe Pizza Sauce |
|
8 oz.
|
Onions, diced |
|
1 Tbsp.
|
Garlic, minced |
|
1/4 cup
|
Olive oil |
|
3/4 lb.
|
Spinach, cut leaves, blanched |
|

Instructions:
- Saute onion and garlic in hot oil until browned and cooked, 1-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add spinach, cook, stirring 2-3 additional minutes. Set Aside.
- Ladle 4 ounces Contadina Deluxe Pizza Sauce onto each crust. Spread evenly to edge. Evenly distribute 4 ounces spinach over each pizza. Sprinkle with 4 ounces mozzarella cheese and 1/2 ounce of Parmesan cheese.
- Baking temperature: 500 Degrees F. in conventional oven, 450 Degrees F. in convection oven. Baking time: 8-10 minutes in conventional oven, 5-6 minutes in convection oven.
